Booking Procedure
Our simple and easy process
- Fill in our online quotation form or contact us via email/phone, please be as detailed as possible.
- We will send you our quotation via email ASAP.
- Accept or decline your quotation.
- We will aim to collect your consignment within 1 hour of confirming the booking (unless otherwise agreed).
- We can keep you up to date via email at every step (POB, ETA and POD).
- Once delivered, we will email you an electronic POD along with our invoice.
POB - Parcel on board.
ETA - Estimated time of arrival.
POD - Proof of delivery.
